Australia does not have one fixed solar rebate for every system size in 2026. Eligible small-scale solar systems up to 100 kW may receive an upfront discount through Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs), with the value based on system capacity, location, installation date and the market value of certificates. The 2026 deeming period is generally five years, but the final discount is calculated and usually arranged by the installer.
